Our mission is to provide our students and customers with the highest level of training possible.  Our policies are in place to guarantee that mission.  These policies are strictly followed to ensure the highest quality of training with minimal disruption. CQB Supply, Inc. reserves the right to change course fees or payment/registration policies at any time. CQB Supply, Inc. will train under any conditions and therefore will not issue a refund on account of inclement weather.

CQB Supply, Inc. reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel training dates if necessary. In the event that it is necessary to modify, reschedule, or cancel any course, CQB Supply, Inc. will provide adequate notice of action(s) taken and new course dates, at our discretion, and in writing.  In such cases, a Training Credit Voucher (TCV) will be issued equal to the course fee and shall not have an expiration date. In the event of an act of war or terrorism, unavailability of air travel due to terrorism or any other occurrence that are not under the control of CQB Supply, Inc., causes any course to be modified, rescheduled, and/or cancelled, a TCV will be issued equal to the course fee. Cancellation of any course by CQB Supply, Inc. will result in a complete refund.

Refunds for cancellations by attendees are pro-rated and are based on the number of days in advance of the training date CQB Supply, Inc. is notified. Such notification shall be in writing, on agency letterhead, and faxed to 615-469-0119. Pro-rated refunds are based on the following schedule:  

• 30 or more days -100% refund less a $50.00 transaction fee.
• 29 - 15 days - 50% refund less a $50.00 transaction fee.
• 14 - 7 days - 25% refund less a $50.00 transaction fee.
• 6 days or less – No Refund, Training Credit Voucher (TCV) issued.
